Leadership
CEO
With over 40 years of experience in land development, construction, and community building, Tony has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and integrity. Since founding Montalbano Homes in 1975, he has overseen the sale of 5,700+ homes and 1,750 lots across 43 communities, earning recognition as one of the top homebuilders in the U.S. and Illinois.
His award-winning track record includes design excellence honors, the Executive Award for Outstanding Sales Achievement, and being named Illinois Entrepreneur of the Year by Inc. Magazine. In 2005, Tony was also inducted into the Italian American Hall of Fame.
As CEO of Rally Homes, Tony continues to honor his motto: “Building a Reputation One House at a Time.”
President
Tony brings extensive experience in construction operations, quality management, and customer service. Formerly Vice President of Operations at Montalbano Homes, he oversaw construction, sales, closings, and quality assurance while leading initiatives that improved efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
He designed and implemented Rally Homes’ Quality Management System and safety program, revamped the construction scheduling process to reduce build times, and introduced streamlined warranty procedures to better serve homeowners.
